On most self awareness and personal growth journey, we have a moment where we realize we are in a state of extreme. Whether thats having an extreme behavior, being in an extreme enviroment, or having an extreme experience. It is human nature to overcompensate, usually by swinging to the opposite extreme. In this episode of The GLOW Movement Podcast, I share how to find balance between both.
